Gostilna Krištof
In the heart of the Gorenjska region, at Predoslje near Kranj, Gostilna Krištof embodies the long hospitality tradition of the Bolka family, updated with intelligence yet faithful to an atmosphere that is warm and genuine. The cuisine unites local roots with contemporary sensitivity, celebrating territorial ingredients such as Krškopolje pork, Carniolan sausage, and farmed trout. The recipes, inspired by tradition but reinterpreted through modern technique, change with the seasons. A rich wine list, with many Slovenian labels often available by the glass, completes the experience.
