Blink and you'll miss this place, located in a spacious parade of shops in North Miami. There are no airs at this tiny space from Chef Anthony Verastegui. Sit at the counter of this simple raw bar and enjoy a warm welcome as he preps causas and ceviche. Expect a dozen or so dishes with no starters and no desserts. Each dish is freshly prepared with skill and knowledge while the flavors are clean and vibrant. A fine bowl of the tuna tataki rocoto, with its thick slices of cured red tuna, has a superb smoked flavor, and the Faroe salmon topped with a lovely cilantro salsa is outstanding.

Don't miss the cassava muchines, or the flavor-packed tortellini con seco de pollo. The caramelized pineapple in the pina para la nina will leave you smacking your lips for days.
