Riva is the Hotel Vista’s fine-dining restaurant, situated just behind Numana’s beach with fine panoramic views. The restaurant serves top-quality ingredients from the Adriatic and surrounding countryside in creative dishes full of flavour which are showcased on tasting menus and an à la carte.

Originally from Sicily, the highly talented owner-chef has spent much of his life in the Marche and has plenty of experience in leading restaurants. Given the limited capacity here, booking is essential, especially in summer.

This building with a minimalist, contemporary design is situated on the edge of the historic centre at the Sant'Erasmo belvedere, from where, in summer, panoramic views extend over Monte Conero and the sea (booking ahead is recommended). In the kitchen, owner-chef Davide Breccia conjures up creative dishes featuring original combinations and mainly inspired by the sea. There are two tasting menus, Iconico and Idee, for guests who like to be guided, plus an à la carte for those who prefer to choose their own courses.
