In this somewhat more remote part of the Bliesgau region, you will feel most welcome in this gorgeous location that was once home to a monastery complex dating back to the 13C. Inside, an elegant atmosphere prevails; outside, there is a charming terrace shaded by trees. Chef François Golla serves modern cuisine without turning his back on tradition: take, for example, his carpaccio of langoustine royale served with crispy vermicelli. It has an intimate feel, with 10 tables at which diners pick from the à la carte menu or opt for the ambitious tasting menu.
