In its dining room, headed up by chef Salvador Fernández and with the kitchen in full view, you can discover high-quality cuisine inspired by the products and flavours of the Murcian mountains, choosing between the à la carte option or one of its set menus (Molino or Salto del Usero). It has a terrace at the entrance and another on the banks of the river Mula for a tremendously relaxing experience!

A pleasantly surprising option in this small town and featuring two distinct ambiences: the popular original bar serving the daily menu and decorated with bulls’ heads, and the meticulously arranged contemporary dining room for the à la carte and tasting menus. The pair of chefs at the helm, Cundi and Tomás, propose a revised Murcian cuisine, with many dishes in tapa or snack format (we especially liked their crispy black cod ‘Roca’), and a section dedicated to Japanese cuisine that constantly plays with fusion. They’re working hard to bring Murcian chicken back into the culinary spotlight!

Located at the foot of the tower of the cathedral, Demo’s contemporary ambience comes as a pleasant surprise in this historic quarter of the city, thanks to its white decor and glass ceiling with wood beams that resemble the branches of a tree. Chef Pepe Morales’ cuisine is very much inspired by market availability and the traditional flavours of Murcia, as evidenced by dishes such as the hake salad, the torrezno (fried pork belly) with a sweet potato parmentier, Demo’s artichoke, and cod pilpil.
