Chef Andreu Genestra has begun a new, and much more mature, culinary venture within the walls of the luxurious and aristocratic Hotel Zoëtry Mallorca in the rural surroundings of the historic Sa Torre estate, which dates back to the 14th century and features a windmill and even its own church. In this restaurant, accessed via a beautiful patio that houses a romantic terrace, the aim is to create uncomplicated contemporary cooking with plenty of creativity, based around a small menu. A restaurant occupying a small boutique hotel which stands out for its attractive, contemporary-style interior and exuberant terrace-garden. The cuisine here is contemporary Mediterranean in feel, including Mallorcan dishes and various rice options. The focus at lunchtime is on a daily menu (complemented by the chef’s suggestions), while in the evening attention turns to a much more extensive tasting menu.

An informal restaurant that stands out for its pleasant views of Palma bay from its impressive setting in the old Molinar fisherman’s district. The highlights here, on an à la carte mainly featuring dishes designed for two sharing, are the meticulously prepared fish and seafood purchased at the market daily and cooked mainly on the open grill.
