Young chef Martina Caruso was born and raised at Signum, and after gaining formative experience elsewhere, decided to return home to personally take charge of the kitchen. Today she leads a brigade of nine, while her brother Luca manages the enchanting hotel built in the style of a typical Aeolian village.
