In cosy, charmingly decorated dining rooms with touches of elegance, or out on the wonderful garden terrace, diners are invited to savour creatively inspired cuisine with regional foundations. Dishes such as "clear mushroom consommé, chive oil, game ravioli", or "red catfish, cucumber, rhubarb" are accompanied by a fine selection of wines with a focus on Austrian winemakers. The Bernhard family's centrally located restaurant is cosy in its rustic charm, attracting many regular guests who appreciate both the cordial, attentive service and the excellent food. The menu features regional and seasonal dishes alongside Swiss classics such as "Züri Gschnätzlets – veal strips, creamy mushroom sauce, cognac, authentic Swiss rösti", reflecting the family's Graubünden roots. The daily specials are especially popular at lunch. The terrace is lovely in summer.
