The bright, vibrant dishes come in generous portions, with well-judged flavours – be sure to save room for a comforting dessert such as the gundel or zsabo pancakes. Located in the architecturally striking Scheiblhofer The Resort hotel, this stylish modern restaurant is nestled amid the vineyards. The glass-walled dining area affords stunning views while you savour contemporary cuisine with a Pannonian twist. The menu features dishes such as hamachi sashimi with caviar, apricots, passion fruit, yellow pepper, leche de tigre and maize, or Pannonian pike-perch bisque. The property also boasts a winery, Weingut Scheiblhofer, and wine is also an important part of the experience – the impressive selection naturally includes many of their own making.
