A restaurant that has managed to adapt with the times to the delight of its guests. Despite the bright, renovated new look and cuisine that is more in keeping with contemporary trends, it still retains the informal character of the early roadside “mesón” first opened by grandmother Valentina and whose name recalls her Cuban roots.
