A restaurant with a rustic atmosphere that boasts a beautiful green setting, as it is located next to the beautiful stone bridge that spans the river and facing some natural pools that attract lots of visitors during the summer season. The chef-owner, Ángel Sánchez, champions an updated traditional cuisine that always tries to extol the seasonal products of the area. The menu is complemented by two tasting menus, both with the option of food and wine pairings, which require prior reservation: Roble and Quercus.

A colourful yet unassuming eatery with a kitchen adjoining the dining room. The chef, who has worked in several leading restaurants and has a strong focus on presentation, showcases his talents via a traditionally inspired menu which is particularly designed for sharing. It features modern, fusion-inspired influences that take the palate on a journey around the world through dishes such as tomato “torrija” with smoked sardine, veal cheeks with papaya etc.

Here, the Mirasierra restaurant, which has been in business for over five decades and boasts an exterior in perfect harmony with the buildings around it, is a good option in which to recharge your batteries. Here, you can choose between the traditionally inspired à la carte (on which the stews and roasted and grilled dishes stand out) and a tasting menu option. Enjoy stunning views from the rear dining room.

This restaurant, which started life as a typical bus station café, has evolved into what could be described as a 'gourmet concept'. Today, it is a contemporary bistro where they are committed to an international and modern cuisine, designed for sharing, which comes to life through an interesting à la carte. We especially liked, for its texture and juiciness, the grilled veal sweetbread, with tupinambo and ratatouille with oloroso. The suggestions of the day usually contain a hidden gem or two!

This house, located in the heart of Campo Charro, has been in the hands of the same family... since 1916! Here, each dish is a tribute to the land and the efforts of those who cultivate or work it, always with great dedication and an unequivocal dose of passion. The chef at the helm, Cristina Martín, builds her proposal around the best produce, seasonality and the authenticity of the flavours that come from nature, so that we can enjoy gastronomy in its purest state!

Found on the first floor of the hotel La Mira de Gredos, this restaurant is furnished with a large windowed room, to marvel at the Sierra de Gredos as you eat. Out of the kitchen comes an updated traditional cuisine, with a choice of à la carte service and one tasting menu. Dishes not to be missed? Try the popular Patatas revolconas, with paprika from La Vera and pork crackling, or the very tasty white bean stew from El Barco with its traditional sacramentos (cured meats and sausages).
