Pirandello fully embraces its setting, with a glass extension that affords wonderful views of the surrounding vineyards and a stork's nest. The menu sticks to traditional Italian fare, with the chef sprinkling in some more elaborate flourishes now and then. He does this, for example, by incorporating mostarda into the jus he serves with succulent duck breast. To really make the most of the gorgeous location, consider staying overnight.
