It's quite an experience! The old Dutch interior, with its Delftware and lovely parquet flooring, is no less enchanting. They serve up an authentic brand of traditional cuisine. The locally caught smoked eel is a real treat!

The cauliflower transformed by an Asian-style marinade and a tangy sauerkraut beurre blanc is a highlight. The surprise menu lives up to its name every time.
