Soulenq
Soulenq (Occitan for the meal at the end of the grape harvest) is a restaurant and wine shop housed in a converted nursery by four young business partners. The generous and precise dishes designed for sharing showcase seasonal ingredient-led cuisine: crispy tartlet with confit beef shank and mustard emulsion; roast poultry-filled vol-au-vent with, creamed celeriac, mushrooms and black truffle sauce; caramel riz au lait, not to mention the meat dishes to share.
