This restaurant, which is beaming with a new energy after a change of location, surprises and leaves everyone wanting more from its culinary proposal. Here you can enjoy traditional market cuisine, with modern touches and nods to other cultures, which finds in the embers the common thread of many elaborations. There is also an interesting tasting menu. The most outstanding dishes were their popular grilled Hass avocado, the Santé steak tartare (prepared in full view of the diner). To finish, try the very creamy and completely deconstructed cheese tart.
