Housed in the exclusive Park Hotel Vitznau, which dates back to 1903, this summer-only restaurant whisks you away on a culinary voyage. Japanese fusion cuisine is the name of the game here. There is an omakase menu (for two or more diners) and an à la carte selection including sushi, sashimi, Wagyu dishes and ramen. The vibe is casually elegant. This small restaurant is located in the Marina Fallenbach clubhouse, on the outskirts of Brunnen. The place has a lovely friendly atmosphere, refined decor and beautiful views of the marina, lake and mountains, not to mention a wonderful terrace! Their modern and cosmopolitan cuisine is made with good, fresh seasonal produce. In addition to à la carte dishes, there is also a three- to five-course seasonal set menu. Inexpensive lunch menu.
