It is not without good reason that this 300-year-old restaurant has so many regulars. Here, they honour tradition while managing to keep up with the times – and that goes for both the decor and the food, which is not only beautifully presented but also of the highest quality. The Swabian cuisine follows the seasons and draws on international influences. The emphasis is on regional ingredients, including meat and sausage products made on site in their own butcher's shop. As well as à la carte dishes, a three- or four-course set menu is available.

This family business has been going for three generations. The dishes served in this chic, modern restaurant are made with preference for regional produce and sing with freshness and flavour. For a bistro alternative, Karl Benz Stube has a short menu featuring traditional Swabian fare. There are also suitable spaces for special occasions available and practical guestrooms with contemporary decor. Tip: the "Kultur & Genuss" events.
