The Green Room doesn’t distinguish between starters and main courses, which gives you more freedom to compose your menu. A classic seafood béarnaise or Flemish-style asparagus with a modern twist – sea lavender and guanciale. The bargain-priced wine list (available to take home) adds the final flourish.
