Since December 2023, a dedicated couple have been at the helm, bringing their superlative fine dining experience to the table: Mara Graef cheerily oversees the team front of house, while Thomas Graef prepares tasty seasonal dishes. His is regional cuisine for the most part, but some dishes are clearly influenced by the owners' Austrian homeland: for instance, their classic Tafelspitz (prime boiled beef), available as a Monday special.
