After years working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Lazio, owner-chef Kerim Jlali has achieved his dream of opening his own restaurant here, along with his life-partner Chiara. In an informal and colourful setting, the chef demonstrates his passion for fish and seafood, transforming his ingredients into contemporary recipes using skilful techniques (he refers to his restaurant as a “lab”) . The end results are visually striking and full of colour.
官网Situated in the beautiful Volturno valley, this excellent restaurant boasts classic decor and a relaxed atmosphere. Here, owner-chef Renato Martino succeeds in expressing his love for the region in his dishes, which include the famous Black Casertano suckling pig, duck, lamb and the renowned buffalo mozzarella. The fish is also excellent, with mullet, John Dory and bream all featuring on the menu.
