The food reflects this same interplay between past and present, reinterpreting traditional recipes using creative approaches presented in two distinct tasting menus. Dishes can also be ordered à la carte. The wine list is particularly noteworthy, featuring over 1,500 labels and a remarkable selection of rare wines.
