A 17th-century farmstead run by the same family for four generations, initially as a produce farm (fruit and vegetables) before the younger generation expanded into dining in the early 2000s. The offering, based entirely on organic, sustainably sourced ingredients, is compelling, particularly delicious, and rooted in local traditions while casting a savvy, curious eye toward the present.
