In the clean-lined, chic restaurant, floor-to-ceiling windows afford wonderful views of the dunes and the sea – romantic sunsets included! Chef Christopher Huhnstock-Kerber presents a modern, seasonal set menu, showcasing predominantly regional ingredients with his own creative touch. Clearly structured and with refined contrasts, harmonious dishes such as "Alpine pasture-raised lamb, onion, apple" or "fermented whey, fennel pollen, dill" stand out. A three-, five- or seven-course menu is available, also in a vegetarian version.

With its smart façade and stylish dining rooms, this listed manor house set in wonderfully peaceful grounds has lost nothing of its 1908 charm. It serves fresh, ambitious cuisine including lagoon-fished zander with jellied bouillabaisse broth and pan-fried asparagus. The idyllic location makes the tasteful upmarket guestrooms dotted with antique furniture all the more inviting, as does the excellent breakfast.
