This is where the now trans-Atlantic Hawksmoor brand began and, despite their expansion, the team have managed to hold onto their founding ethos of quality, hand-butchered British meats. Two alumni of Leroy took over the restaurant's former premises in 2025 and reopened it as Duchy. The look is pretty much as was, even down to the great vinyl collection by the front door.
