The beautiful rustic interior comes as a pleasant surprise (an old wood-fired oven is nowadays used as a counter, with a second providing heat in the dining room). Here, guests can enjoy Basque cuisine prepared with seasonal ingredients, meat from trusted suppliers, as well as superb fish (we recommend asking about the catch of the day), and if you don’t mind getting your hands dirty, make sure you order the pan-fried langoustines.
