PURS NEW NORDIC JAPANESE CUISINE
Peter Fridén, of YOSO fame, has brought his "New Nordic Japanese Cuisine" to the 17C Alte Kanzlei, the interior of which has been tastefully designed by Axel Vervoordt. In a small side street adjacent to the boutique hotel PURS, this beautiful building houses a chic restaurant decorated in muted tones. Inside, the eye is drawn to the artwork on the walls and the open kitchen, visible through a glass sliding door, where Fridén brings together three different cuisines.
