La Senda

Modern Cuisine

€€€

At this centrally located restaurant, after ringing the bell, you enter a classic-contemporary setting with only five tables, a good indication of how personalised the menu and service are. Chef David Baldrich, through a single tasting menu, champions a modern cuisine that evolves with the seasons and plays on exclusivity, seeking to convey culinary sensations that we don't usually experience in our daily lives. A standout dish? Don't miss the house classic, the low-temperature Huevo Senda, with onion and honey sauce, ham, mushrooms and potato ash.

Quema

Contemporary

€€

Despite its functional appearance, this restaurant situated next to the imposing Pablo Serrano IAACC (Aragonese Institute of Contemporary Art and Culture) building serves cuisine that is high on quality but low on price. In this informal, multi-purpose setting, guests can choose from a reasonably priced contemporary-style menu with a good choice of dishes and observe the chefs at work in the open-view kitchen behind the bar. Half of the wines available come from the local region.

This casual, informal eatery describes itself as a gourmet taberna to prepare you for the fact that it isn’t a regular style of restaurant. Its identity is built around raw and marinated ingredients, with dishes featuring on a small à la carte with influences from Japan, the Mediterranean and Latin America, the latter represented by dishes such as the sea bass tiradito. Booking advisable.
