With a name like 360°, who isn't expecting a great view? The highlight of this sleek, modern restaurant on the third floor has got to be the roof terrace! But you can also enjoy the views over the city from the inside thanks to the large windows. Alternatively, you can watch Alexander Hohlwein and his team at work in the open kitchen as they prepare their creative set menu in the evening ("Weltreise"). Over four to eight courses, harmoniously balanced flavours are presented – such as exquisite Helgoland lobster with tomato, passion fruit and ponzu, or perfectly roasted Challans duck with coffe

Behind the beautiful historical half-timbered façade of this listed 14C building in the heart of the Old Town, there lies a tasteful, modern interior. In this setting, Fabian Sollbach serves up a modern take on French cuisine, in which select ingredients take centre stage. The ambitious dishes include elegant fjord trout with Maine lobster and pearl barley. The attractively priced lunch menu is also very popular. There are a handful of places to be had on the small gallery level and, in summer, tables are set up on an inviting terrace on the Kornmarkt. Tip: The cathedral is just a stone's thro

The 400-year-old half-timbered house, which houses Hotel Höerhof and this charming restaurant, makes you feel at home. The combination of historical surroundings and modern touches makes for a special atmosphere, to which the warm service provided by the owner also contributes. In summer, make a beeline for the gorgeous terrace in the secluded courtyard! The excellent cuisine comes à la carte ("Kleine Schlemmerkarte", Tue-Sat), as a seasonal set menu (Tue-Sat) and a fine dining set menu ("Genusswelten", Thu evening-Sat).

Taking its cue from the seasons and made with select ingredients, the food here is meticulously prepared, flavoursome and fresh – it is clear that chef Steve Eulenstein has worked at some top-flight establishments in his time. He proposes two set menus as well as classics such as rump steak. The dining space is attractive and minimalist in style, and the service is friendly and professional. The location in a residential area just a few minutes' drive from the BAB 3 motorway is also convenient.

Appetising examples include braised venison shoulder with house-made spaetzle, wild cranberries and glazed pointed cabbage, or grilled calamaretti with lemon risoni, green asparagus and a crustacean foam.
