Amistà

Italian Contemporary · ★ Michelin

€€€€

Set in the enchanting Byblos Art Hotel, Amistà reflects the colourful, dreamlike world of the villa itself, where the historical and the contemporary coexist in natural harmony, inspired by the hotel's defining muse: art. The food reflects this same interplay between past and present, reinterpreting traditional recipes using creative approaches presented in two distinct tasting menus. Dishes can also be ordered à la carte. The wine list is particularly noteworthy, featuring over 1,500 labels and a remarkable selection of rare wines.

To follow, we recommend the hand-pressed bigoli with guinea fowl salmì or the excellent meat tortellini; among the main courses, for those wishing to stay within the regional tradition, calf’s liver with onions, while a dedicated section of the menu is reserved for
