Hyatt 源于1957年 Jay Pritzker 收购洛杉矶国际机场附近的 Hyatt House 汽车旅馆；1969年进入国际市场。集团称目前在83个国家拥有逾1,500家酒店及全包度假村，覆盖逾35个品牌，并以 World of Hyatt 作为会员计划。品牌组合从 Park Hyatt、Alila 等奢华度假与精品酒店，到 Grand Hyatt、Hyatt Regency 等全服务酒店，以及 Hyatt Place、Hyatt House 等精选服务和长住品牌。
