With the ‘Negral’ and the ‘Gaststube’, there are two concepts under one roof here, in the ‘Klostergasthaus Löwen’ dating from 1870 on the grounds of the imposing former Cistercian monastery dating from 1194 in the St. Urban district. On the first floor, Pascal Schwarz and his team offer modern, classically based cuisine in the form of a surprise menu, including vegetarian options, in the chic little gourmet parlour ‘Negral’. This is Pascal Schwarz's second restaurant on the estate of the former 12th century monastery. In addition to the gourmet restaurant, he also has his ‘Gaststube’ in the historic monastery inn in the St. Urban district - also on the first floor.
