Søllerød Kro
This characterful 17th-century thatched inn sits beside a pond in a picturesque village and comes with a delightful courtyard terrace and three elegant dining rooms furnished in a classic style; think well-spaced tables and large Louis XIV-style chairs. In keeping with the surroundings, dishes have a classical French heart with the occasional modern twist – showcasing top-quality ingredients and exhibiting real depth of flavour. You might find monkfish with mussels, onion and chlorophyll sauce or lemon parfait with passion fruit and meringue. The accompanying wine list is a tome of beauty.
