Lime
The open kitchen immediately catches the eye at the contemporary Lime, which also has a charming veranda. A table by the kitchen is a must if you want to see accomplished chef Ysbrandt Wermenbol at work. He gives traditional dishes a carefully considered personal twist, often taking inspiration from Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. His surprising ideas dare to be complex, while retaining a sense of generosity and balance.
