Da Marchesi
In a hamlet of Novafeltria, lthe road that winds upward through the Apennines between Romagna and the Marche is home to this modest gem, where the Romagnan tradition is savoured in all its simplicity and goodness: handmade sfoglia for the pasta, main courses featuring local meats, and daily specials that follow the seasons. Not to be missed are the fried porcini mushrooms and the tortelloni of green pasta filled with ricotta and spinach, dressed with butter and truffle.
