诺托无机场。最近的主要交通枢纽为锡拉库萨。从锡拉库萨市区出发，驾车或乘坐巴士约需40-50分钟即可抵达诺托。市内景点紧凑，主要依靠步行游览。

In the historic upper section, close to the namesake church, lies one of the most compelling culinary offerings. Within rooms exuding a modern and essential vibe, blanketed in dusky evening lighting, Marco Baglieri’s excellent cuisine becomes sophisticated and almost baroque, paying homage to the urban style of one of Sicily's most enchanting cities. Both the artichoke cooked two ways on brioche with anchovy sauce and the cod with leek foam and cuttlefish ink, embellished with black truffle and basil oil—sampled on our last visit—were exceptional. Part of the Country House Villadorata resort in the hills outside Noto, this restaurant boasts a delightful setting with the sea as a backdrop, surrounded by gardens which provide many of the vegetables used in the cuisine. Matteo Carnaghi is at the helm in the kitchen, with excellent results and a cuisine is firmly rooted in Sicilian ingredients, offered through two tasting menus of flexible length, with dishes also available à la carte.

The Principe di Belludia is the gourmet restaurant at the Il San Corrado di Noto hotel, a luxurious resort in a secluded rural location with two enormous swimming pools. The new executive chef Martin Lazarov showcases his love for Sicily, with a particular attention to vegetables dishes.

This restaurant housed in Marzamemi’s old tuna fishery boasts an outdoor terrace with tables overlooking one of the most picturesque squares in Sicily, as well as an indoor dining room and another terrace to the rear facing the sea. In one of Sicily’s most iconic fortified villages which once prospered as a tuna fishery and is now a popular tourist attraction, Cortile Arabo serves carefully prepared and occasionally elaborate dishes of the highest quality, with a focus on fish (the menu also features a few meat dishes). The terrace on the rocks overlooking the sea, where the sound of the waves provides a soothing backdrop, is one of the highlights here.
