Warias Am Markt
Diners can expect regional and seasonal cuisine that makes use of excellent produce – the daily specials are always a good option. The menu features timeless favourites such as beef carpaccio with pesto and Belper Knolle cheese, or pan-seared fish-of-the-day with potato and cucumber salad. The single five- or nine-course surprise menu served on Friday and Saturday evenings available only by reservation. The restaurant has a convivial atmosphere, and the outdoor terrace is a delightful spot. Conveniently, the establishment has well-kept, light and airy guestrooms for overnight stays.
