La Pineta
Patience and perseverance are required to navigate the winding mountain roads through forests and hills to reach La Pineta, but the cuisine makes the journey worthwhile. The menu focuses on a tasting format that can be customized with fewer courses, and has always featured the restaurant’s iconic dish: fritto misto alla piemontese – a Piedmontese mixed fry. The appetizers are equally impressive, offering generous portions with an array of delightful small tastings.
