Le K'ozzie
This inviting and cosy restaurant is run by Maude and Sébastien, who met in Australia, land of the Aussies or Ozzies (the reference behind the name). The concept is to let yourself be guided by the chef's inspiration; only a (non-exhaustive) list of the ingredients currently in his kitchen will be presented to you. Enigmatic and tasty.
