The jewel in the crown of Andreas Caminada's suite of restaurants delivers an exceptional experience across the board. They serve regional cuisine, in which seasonal ingredients sourced from select local producers go into extremely flavoursome dishes – the produce steals the show. Andreas Caminada's take on Graubünden classics also features on the menu, such as Maluns (fried potato crumbles) with apple compote and cheese, or Capuns Tatta (dough-filled chard leaf wraps). T
