Al Gambero
A long-established restaurant in the Lower Brescia region, where the elegant, meticulous service is skilfully overseen by the owner, Al Gambero is the perfect choice for anyone in search of cuisine that is full of flavour and prepared using skilful, modern techniques, and in which taste is everything. The restaurant opened in 1880 in the oldest house in the village and is now run by descendants of the same family. After so many years in business, the menu has accumulated a number of unmissable signature dishes, from its famous risottos to roast kid.
