Common questions
As of 2026-06-18, no. Turkey's MFA states that ordinary People's Republic of China passport holders are visa-exempt for up to 90 days in any 180-day period as of 2026-01-02. The U.S. visa does not change the outcome for a Chinese ordinary passport holder.
No. Hong Kong SAR passport holders are visa-exempt for up to 90 days. Turkey's MFA separately states that Hong Kong British National (Overseas) passport holders are subject to visa and may obtain a three-month multiple-entry e-Visa.
No. Turkey's MFA states that Taiwan ordinary and official passport holders require a visa; ordinary passport holders may obtain a single-entry e-Visa through the official e-Visa site, with a one-month/up-to-30-day stay.
No official basis was found for a Turkish visa waiver through ABTC. APEC's official page says the ABTC facilitates short-term business travel within APEC economies, and Turkey is not listed among the economies on that page; do not treat ABTC as Turkish entry permission.
