Entry & visa

China → Poland

Visa required

A Schengen short-stay visa is required before travel for short tourist/business visits; the authorised stay is as shown on the visa.

Poland applies the common Schengen visa rules. Chinese ordinary passports are not on the Schengen visa-waiver list. Entry is still subject to Schengen border conditions, including a valid travel document, required visa, purpose and means of stay, return/onward arrangements, no refusal-of-entry alert, and no public-policy/security/health risk. A US visa, US green card, UK visa, Japan visa, or APEC Business Travel Card alone is not a short-stay visa waiver for Poland/Schengen.

A valid Schengen short-stay visa generally permits entry to Poland and other Schengen countries, provided the visa is not territorially limited so as to exclude Poland and the stay remains within the visa validity, number of entries, and Schengen 90/180-day rule. Border entry conditions still apply.
