- Merold promises "new German cuisine" – top-notch ingredients from Berlin and the surrounding Brandenburg region. Often pared back to just a few components, the dishes deliver a hit of flavour and intensity. The signature "onion, buckwheat, black garlic" is a particular highlight. In the four- or five-course set menu, each course consists of two dishes – optional add-ons include cheese or the superb house-made bratwurst. They also have a well-curated wine list.
