- Fishølogy is a Michelin-starred Mediterranean seafood restaurant praised for high-quality ingredients, creative presentation, and professional service. Guests often highlight the intimate atmosphere and thoughtful culinary concepts, including zero-waste practices. However, some reviews note slow meal pacing, resulting in excessively long dining times, while others found specific dishes underwhelming or dry. Operational issues, such as restaurants being closed despite confirmed reservations, have also caused significant dissatisfaction.
