Review summary
Arborescence, situated by Lake Cruseilles, offers a traditional chalet-style experience. Many guests praise the professional service, charming atmosphere, and generally high food quality, highlighting dishes like foie gras and unique lavender-rhubarb beverages. However, negative reviews point to inconsistent seasoning, bland flavors, small portions, and limited menu choices. Some guests also reported uncomfortable sleeping arrangements and excessive wait times. While the setting is beautiful, experiences vary significantly, with some finding the value questionable relative to the service and food quality.
