In Le Petit Bayonne neighbourhood, a couple who trained at the Ferrandi School in Bordeaux run this discreet restaurant, which they have refurbished in a pared-back style. Loïc cooks the savoury courses; Faustine, the daughter of a pastry chef, is on desserts.
