Situated in the verdant setting of San Miniato, this attractive and friendly restaurant is home to chef Paolo Fraschi, who creates imaginative cuisine that is full of character with regional and Mediterranean influences (the home-made spaghettini with clams, courgettes and parmesan is particularly delicious). In season, dine alfresco in the beautiful garden.

In its new home in Piazza del Duomo, in beautiful San Miniato, in the hands of chef Gilberto Rossi Pepenero continues to serve cuisine that showcases the best ingredients (both meat and fish) from this bountiful region, with delicacies such as excellent truffles featuring on the menu throughout the year. Prepared with a light and modern touch, meals are served in a spacious dining room where the many windows offer glimpses of the town centre.

Housed in a small Art Nouveau-style villa, this restaurant boasts an elegant yet warm and friendly ambience. The cuisine here is modern and full of flavour, with a focus on meat dishes (although a few fish options also feature) with their roots firmly anchored in Tuscan traditions (such as the fried steak). During the hunting season, the contemporary-style game dishes are particularly delicious. The wine list includes a few French labels, plus there’s a small, attractive outdoor space in the courtyard to the rear which overlooks a beautiful garden.
