Established over 100 years ago, this is a charming traditional restaurant with Alpine-style decor that perfectly complements the cuisine. The Bacher family have made it their mission to showcase local flavours. Led by son Tobias, the kitchen team creates a seasonally inspired surprise menu using excellent regional produce, some of which comes from their own garden.
