It is fully self-contained with its own emergency exit and boasts stunning views over the Surrey Hills from both the bedroom and sitting room/kitchen. Living & Amenities: Kitchen: Recently upgraded to a high specification, featuring a dishwasher, integrated microwave, cooker-hob, fridge-freezer, filtered water (Water2 pod), and a coffee/beverage station. The high-quality worktop includes a dining area for four and a raised breakfast bar with a high-speed A+ C USB charging socket, ideal for working from home. Living Space: Comfortable and spacious with fabulous views. Entertainment & Internet: Fast Wi-Fi provided by Zen Internet through the full fibre 500 package in every room. Sky streaming TV package includes Netflix Premium, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, and TNT Sports. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a single sofa bed, accommodating four guests comfortably. An extra fold-out bed is available upon request. Please note: The loft has quirky-shaped cupboards with low access doors—be mindful of your head! Bathroom: Walk-in shower, basin, WC, and underfloor heating. No bathtub, but a baby bath is provided. Shared Facilities: Laundry Room: Located on the ground floor, free for guests to use by booking a slot on the rota. Laundry products are provided. Includes a heat pump tumble dryer and a rotary line in the garden for dry days. Guest Garden: Features outdoor seating, a barbecue, rotary dryer, and a small lawn area. Eco-Friendly Initiatives: Heating is powered by an Air Source Heat Pump and solar panels. The property is well insulated and has additional heating options if needed. A compact ground floor one bedroom apartment . . The parking space is right next to the apartment and there are 4 steps up to the front door. The apartment has a dining area, seating area and kitchen within the main room. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite that has an over bath high powered electric shower. There is a sofa bed for a surcharge of GBP 25 per stay. Guests may use the laundry facilities free of charge. There is unlimited internet and Sky TV with sports and movie channels. Please note that the guest garden is shared. Dogs may be accommodated in this apartment on request, and charges will apply.
