Guests consistently praise the breathtaking mountain views, fully equipped condo-style accommodations, and friendly staff, highlighting the quiet, secluded atmosphere and strong value. Common drawbacks include inconsistent unit conditions due to private ownership, with some units feeling dated or poorly maintained. The winding mountain road can be challenging at night, and a few guests noted thin walls, distant outdoor pools, or unreliable Wi-Fi in certain units.
